⭑Regarding Refunds: ALL sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges unless you've received a wrong item from us or in the case that we accidentally charge you extra, then we will refund you the extra costs.

⭑Regarding Shipping: After shipping your products, it is not our responsibility if your package gets lost, damaged or stolen. It is your responsibility as a customer to track your package. Please contact USPS if you're having any issues with your package. ALL packages are shipped through USPS as first class with tracking and limited international tracking. Please check your emails to check for your tracking number, if it doesn't appear on your emails, please reach out to us through email with name and order number. If your package is marked as delivered, but it hasn't actually been delivered, please contact USPS as we do not hold any responsibility on any delayed packages. Please allow us to take up to 5-7 business days to ship out your order. If the item is damaged you have up to 3 days from delivery to get an exchange or a refund depending on the outcome of agreement.

⭑Regarding INQUIRIES: If you want combined shipping, we're more than glad to do so. You can email us with this request and with any hold request that you may have. PLEASE refrain from sending direct messages on our page as your message may get lost. Please give us up to 3 business days to answer any questions regarding your order. Please be respectful in your emails, rudeness will not be tolerated.

⭑Regarding PRE-ORDERS: It may take up to 6 months to receive the products ourselves depending on several factors such as manufacturers, holidays or manufacturer errors. We will always provide updates on products. If you're seeing an update on our page, please contact us through email and we will gladly provide you with updates.

⭑Regarding PIN GRADING and GRADING SYSTEM: Sometimes we may grade our products based on overall quality. This may reflect on the prices. Please see product descriptions to see the grading system and read about any flaws that the product may have.
